Do not copy the site wholesale or pass our work off as yours. The numbers here are for planning; your finance office, your lender, and your orders are what actually govern. PCSgo Connect is a private commercial website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. Department of Defense, any branch of the armed forces, the Department of Veterans Affairs, or any government agency. References to installations, ranks, allowances, and official programs are descriptive. No endorsement is claimed or implied.
We publish official figures or nothing: BAH from DoD DTMO tables, demographics from the U.S. Census, cost of living from the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis, school data from NCES, and entitlement and weight allowances from the JTR. Where a figure is not verified for a station, we say so instead of estimating.
Even so, every tool here produces a planning estimate. Your finance office settles your voucher and your entitlements. A lender settles loan terms. Your orders and your transportation office govern your move. Rates change, and a page you printed months ago may be out of date. Verify anything you are about to make a decision on.
Nothing on this site is lending advice, an offer of credit, tax advice, or legal advice. The VA Loan Readiness checklist is preparation guidance and deliberately contains no rates, fees, or approval predictions.
The chat assistant answers from the same published data as the rest of the site, using an AI model. It is built to say it does not know rather than to guess, but AI can still be wrong. Treat its answers the way you would treat a well-informed colleague, not a finance office. Confirm anything that carries money or a deadline against the official source.
Please do not enter Social Security numbers, DoD ID numbers, financial account numbers, or medical details into it. You never need them to get an answer.

The contact forms are for people who actually want to hear from a Military Relocation Specialist. Submitting someone else's information, or false information, is not permitted.
We link to official district, installation, and government pages so you can check our work at the source. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
PCSgo Connect is free to use and there is no charge to you at any point. Here is how it pays for itself, plainly.
If you ask us to connect you and you go on to buy or sell with the Military Relocation Specialist we introduce you to, that agent shares a portion of the commission they earn on your transaction with JDLUZ LLC. That share comes out of what the agent already earns on the deal. It is not an extra charge, it does not increase your price or your closing costs, and it does not change the commission you negotiate with them.
Nothing comes to us from the lender. If you ask to speak with a VA loan specialist, we receive no fee, commission, or anything else of value for that introduction, ever. Paying for mortgage referrals is prohibited by federal law under RESPA and separately under Washington's Mortgage Broker Practices Act, and we would not do it regardless. The specialist is there because service members keep needing one, not because it earns us anything.
This is a standard broker-to-broker referral arrangement, documented between the two brokerages rather than with you. You are never obligated to work with anyone we introduce, and you are free to choose a different agent or none at all. If you would rather we simply answer questions, say so and that is the end of it: the station guides, the checklists, and the tools stay free and open either way.
If we ever add another way of earning from this site, this page changes before it happens.

Those are independent professionals; we introduce you, we do not perform their services or guarantee their work, and you are never obligated to use anyone we introduce.
