You can read every station guide, run every tool, and download every checklist without giving us anything. We collect information in exactly three places, all of them things you choose to fill in:
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not have one for you.
A Military Relocation Specialist. That is the point of the contact form: a specialist who works around your gaining station gets your request so a real person can answer you.
A VA loan specialist, only if you tick the box. Each form has an optional checkbox asking whether you also want a VA loan specialist to contact you about pre-approval. If you leave it unchecked, no lender receives anything about you. If you check it, we send that specialist your name, contact details, gaining and current station, branch, and report date, and nothing else. What you wrote in the message box is not included, because you wrote it to a real estate specialist. You can change your mind at any time by emailing us.
Service providers who make the site run. They only process what is needed to do their job, and none of them may use your information for their own marketing: Vercel (hosting), Resend (sending email), Apple iCloud (our hello@ mailbox), Upstash (storing reminder signups), and Anthropic (the model behind the assistant, which receives the question you type and our published station data in order to answer it).
Nobody else. We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or hand it to data brokers, lead resellers, or third-party marketers. The only situation where we would disclose it beyond the above is if the law required it.
If you use a form, you get one confirmation, and a specialist may follow up personally. If you turn on Countdown Planner reminders, you get one short email as each PCS phase window opens, roughly eight across a whole move, and then we stop.
Every reminder has a one-click unsubscribe link, and your mail app's unsubscribe button works too. Unsubscribing stops the reminders; your saved checklist keeps working.
PCSgo Connect runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, and no cross-site tracker on this site. We do not build a profile of you or follow you around the internet.
Two ordinary technical notes, so this is complete rather than merely reassuring. Pages load fonts and icons from Google Fonts and unpkg, and map tiles from OpenStreetMap, so those providers see the IP address any web request reveals. And to stop one person hammering the assistant, we count questions against a one-way hash of the IP address that expires within the hour, so the address itself is never stored.
Contact requests are kept as long as we are working with you, and then only as long as broker recordkeeping rules require. Reminder signups are kept until you unsubscribe or your move is done. Assistant conversations are not stored on our side after the answer is sent.
Email hello@pcsgoconnect.com and we will tell you what we hold on you, correct it, or delete it. You do not need a reason, and depending on where you live you may have a legal right to ask. We will not make you jump through hoops either way.
The site is for adults handling a move and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Figures on this site come from official sources and are published for planning. BAH and entitlement numbers are settled by your finance office; loan terms are settled by a lender; legal questions belong with an attorney. Nothing here is lending advice or an offer of credit.
No website can promise perfect security. We use reputable providers and encrypted connections, and we keep the amount we collect small on purpose, which is the most effective protection there is.
If we change how information is handled, we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant and we have your email because you asked us to keep in touch, we will tell you directly rather than quietly editing the page.
